I hav learned that in the workplace we complete each other and ensure that BATHO PELE PRINCIPLE are applied well. Challenges always delay the progress in the organisation, the following challeges exist in the workplace: Inequality of Salary Unfair treatment by Directors and ect.... The staff always achieve their objectives in time and help each other to accomplish duties of the day.

Good place to start at

Typical work day involves being a document controller, managing people and the project goals. I have good relationship with co-workers, a little bit tough and pushy when it comes to project time-frames. I enjoy the moment of being able to deliver the project goals on time and the relieve of knowing the project is headed the right direction. The most challenging aspect of this job is managing the project team, being seen as mean for wanting certain things to be done and right on time.

Pros: Ability to work almost in every field.
