Good interpersonal skill, communication skills, able to work under pressure, computer literate

i am working 8 hours day, however sometimes i work overtime hours where i worke almost 12 a day, as i am working in a security sector, my relationship with my employer not bad instead its looks good and livable. so far i have learnt on how to face challenges and how to resolve conflicts amongst the community, i enjoy to learn something new before everyday ends.the most challenging aspects at work its where i need to face any angry community where the protest for service delivery, so i need to calm them down and resolve the issue systematically using my knowledge of conflict management skills

Pros: none
Cons: what is the meaning of the cons?

This is a good place to learn/gain work related experience

this department is a good department in terms of learning some parts of work because they expose me to a very challenging tasks that trains me and make me earn more information about public sector. what I don't like about this department is nepotism and failure to employ contract workers and intern students.

Pros: once you get a persal number/permanent post, it is very easy to get to a following or better post
Cons: less targets to reached on quartely basis
