A typical work day is starting at 7am arriving early get things ready for the day. Once my supervisor comes in we have a meeting for daily activities to be done. I have a very strong inter personal relationship with people in a work related manner and get along with people very well. What i enjoy is that i complete every task as inportant and always give it my best. Challenges about my job, because i am working in project management, M&E we work on a system hence when the internet is not working we are held behind hence we always try to be on par and plan ahead and finish our work on time and ahead of time
Pros: Having to work with highly motivated and talented people
Cons: The system sometimes gives us trouble and we then have to work with what we have, on hard copies then afterwards submit on system which creates twice as much work and chances to make mistakes are high

Excellent learning drive
I am a creative person and hard working. I like to analyse things, I am someone who can work under pressure to reach deadlines. I am well able to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures. If given the opportunity I will meet the needs and assignments given to my full pot I have successfully completed a three month youth development program at Chrysalis Academy situated in Tokai and proficiently finished as top student. At this course I practiced the following skills below. ential

Excellent
I normal work 8 hours per day but sometime when we have a lot of week then i work overtime i dont mind. I work well with a team as we share different ideas. I enjoy working with people as i adapt easy to a change.i have good relationship with my colleagues i never had any problem with them. I have leant to do my work in time and submit before the deadline.

Strong numerical skills, excellent client relation and research skills, ability to work under pressure and independently also in team, good administration and office skills, good interpersonal skills, strong personality, friendly, adventurers, willing to learn and fast learner, good in time management, adapt to situation easily, flexible but hate to be bullied and taken advantage of, good analytical, numerical and planning skills, follow instructions as well as follow and communicating instructions, good dancer and instructor, leadership skills and goal driven. Adapt to any kind of situation (be it good or bad)

Good communication skills.
I am a good listerner. Quick learner and very flexible when coming to learn new thing in the work envirnment. A typical working day would b eme capturing receipts and journals onto the system used, communicating with suppliers/creditors. I work very well with my co-workers and I learn new things everyday such as assisting the supervisor with confirmations and closures. I enjoy being given instructions deligated by the supervisor to either help him/her confirm or do my daily job.

Data capturing,logistics and filing
CURRENT DUTIES: REGISTRY ● Postage and franking of mail ● Opening and receiving of registered mail ● Enter all mail into receiving mail register ● Sending mail via speed post and retain tracking number ● Put registered stickers on registered mail ● Manage sorting of all incoming mail. ● Distribution of all mail via messenger services. ● Record keeping of all mail via speed services couriers. ● Assist with the franking of letters daily. ● Assist with the distribution of memo’s and circulars. ● Reconcile the franking and posting register. ● Assist with the collection of attendance registers I had a good relationship with my co-workers there is no to much drama we all work as a team.

Great entry level program
was exposed to supply chain as a whole. allocated to 6 different sub-units. No powering of workers, to comfortable and lack of communication and growth, The department works with communities which we got to go out and help out and hear their complains and deal with immediately.

Good for learning experience, it's an exit strategy program and not permanent.
You get to meet youth in your community and learn eschers culture. Learn how it is to work in an administrive environment. Working day or hours is like normal school hours. You work or assist teachers with classroom activity and administration. You help in the administration department capturing data. Updating school data.. all general things as well taking the kids out to play. department or environment

Excellent learning curve
My work is really challenging, I work with different people from different backgrounds. I work well in a team and as an individual. Participant call in for queries regarding their stipends . What I have learnt is that when you work with people you never have lunch time or a break , they expect to be attended no matter the time of the day .

My typical working day was when I had to manage the office without my supervisor.i had a very good relationship with my colleague s Couse I reali that l needed them in every thing I will be doing.l llearnt that live and respect it's a key to any relationship were it's a working relationship or romantic..i enjoy ed working with different people and understanding theme.the most challenging aspei of the job was keeping the deadline and maintaining the office without my supervisor sometimes.at
