Great learning experience at my previous employer when I joined IT with limited knowledge.

Great learning experience at my previous employee when I joined the IT department when I had no technical background just the minimum basics of working on a PC. MY MLMentor executed his task well done while assisting me to tap into my technical side to help sharpen my skills to assist our clients.

Pros: Seniors acknowledge a task well executed which was out of your work scope / description
Cons: Processes and procedures takes a bit of time to get approved e.g. training

Excellent learning curve and great exposure and experience gained

Great to have worked in a public sector and in a private. With this experience and knowledge of both sides this can come in handy regarding processes and Dulles and regulations and turn around time for action.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Slow processes

Excellent learning curve

There are lot of opportunities and people grow within the company. Normal working hours. There are lot of career exhibitions, empowering people to work hard and also looking the right of workers
