My daily work involves site inspection whereby i verify state properties for their conditions, and existence. my relationship with my co-workers is super good, team work and collaboration is the driving machine for our delivery. I have learned that it is important of having the properties updated for knowing the properties we having, to know the utilization of the properties and to capture their expenditure. the most enjoyable thing about my job is encountering challenges on site that enables us to grow. the most challenging part of my job is when we are denied to access properties by farmers. another challenge becomes when we have to access properties where it is inaccessible, some places have dangerous wild animals, but the exciting part is that we overcome those threats and end up winning.
Pros: having skills to handle challenges on site, negotiating for access and exposure
Cons: going to access properties in scariest places alone, and working extra working hours

Great experience
Always having a good day at work simply because i enjoy the work i do, it teaches me to know different people's characters and helps me to connect with people. I have a good relationship with my co-workers because we always get along when we are given work which requires us to work in groups. There is a lot i have learned in my current job. It taught me to have good communications skills and how to always keep my clients as priority. It taught me how to be responsible and negotiations skills. The most thing i enjoy is having to communicate with land owners and negotiating for land at a affordable price. I also enjoy doing site inspections. The most challenging aspects of my job is not getting response from municipalities when i want to request important documents which are needed to complete the site acquisition process. This challenge causes my work to be slow.

Excellent work breakdown experience
I worked at the Department of public works as an intern for a year. I was an office assistant at the property department. My duties were customer service, answering calls, filing, data capturing, faxing, photocopying, scanning and email. I also attended internal and external meeting doing site inspection and taking minutes. This was a really good experience for me. I have learnt so much from working as a team player and as an individual

Department of Public Works.
Department of Public Works is not a mature company with latest ITIL process and givernance but is surely fast making strides to confiorm to industry starndards. The Department is forging ahead using TELEMETRY and drone kit to soon become the leading government organisation to measure Real Esate and improve on ICT processes.

Department of Public Works.
Real Esate, planned and unplanned maintenance of the largest Asset owner in the Country. Public Works has a total of 11 000 buildings. The iCT operation and Conditional Assessment of the Sate owned Asset is managed by me. It is ahuge repsonsibility to ensure we manage and introduce corect process and gvernance.
