Excellent customer service
Working in the current company is more challenging,when it comes to management.we are struggle with the challenges that we face on a daily basis,because we address them with our supervisor but the don't attend those challenges.we even struggle with basic thing such as stationery. I have a good relationship with my co-workers because we try to deliver services and make sure we reach dead lines working as a team.I also learned that team work is more important,so that the mission of the organisation can be fulfilled. What I enjoy post is that there are lots of trainings,which teaches us to deliver excellent service and to be groomed. The most challenging thing in my role is that I work with different kinds of people ,who comes with different attitude and religion.and I have to accommodate all of them

Face new challenges
I am a positive and energetic individual with strong desire to succeed. Due to my high level of administrative and secretarial experience of more than ten years and my educational history, I would be excellent for this position at the University of Johannesburg within the Art, Design & Architecture division. Amongst my other qualifications, I have Bachelor of Administration in Public Management from the University of Pretoria, through my education I have acquired the understanding of business and public management, problem-solving and communication skills. Furthermore, I have vast experience in executive secretarial to Senior Managers and high level of administrative in International Trade and Economic Development, Human Resource Development and Recruitment business units within the Department of Trade and Industry. I further gained how to exercise discretion and to handle sensitive information while working in the office of Senior Managers.

Good exposure to office environment and an opportunity to learn to interact with professionals.
My day here begins at 07:45 and ends at 16:15 and doing mostly routine work which includes responding to queries from clients who request data as they need it. I work for the Statistical Analysis and Modelling Unit. We receive a monthly update for economic data and trade data from the South African Revenue Services, Statistics South Africa, etc. We then take necessary measures to clean the data and make it favourable to run it in the software we use in creating the files favourable for the portal. This software includes SAS, SQL, C# and Java. I am blessed to be working around people that are passionate about their work and are willing to lend a hand to assist where necessary. The requests from clients bring me the most challenge and joy as well because I respond to requests from individuals who normally have no knowledge of data management and thus I have to implement my coding skills to try and live up to their expectations.

Dadicated worker who is willing to work
I am currently working as a director Management Accounting at the department of Trade and Industry with BCOM Accounting degree. I am a leader and team player who willing to learn from all staff irrespective of the level. I have experience with working with the different kind of people across the government department and the different industry. As a senior manager I was responsible to develop the policy and the guideline for different incentives and the programme within the department like AIP incentive, EIP and others.

Professional environment
I I manage a team of five individuals from diverse environments. We work together well and the reason for this is constant communication and addressing issues that might impact group dynamics as soon as they emerge. I've learnt that sometimes it is necessary to manage personalities and is also important to weigh the importance between an issue and a relationship when dealing with conflict. What I enjoy most about this company is the professionalism and "putting people first" when dealing with the public. The most challenging part of my work is engaging with stakeholders to conduct research when compiling country profiles - this exercise is quite extensive and requires constant engagements with certain stakeholders who are not always available or do not have the required information or do not respond in time.

Learning curve
• Provide technical support for data communications network or group of networks. • Provide remote end-user support using remote desktop and other remote control tools. • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors. • Resolve Connectivity issues. • Setup and configure desktop PC’s to the network and provide laptop support. • Basic printer troubleshooting and support. • Problem determination and resolution. • Client services/ professional client interaction.
