SUMMARISED JOB EXPERIENCE

Every work day is a challenge for me as I deal with different contractors and take on new tasks given. My relationship with with my co-workers grows each and everyday as we get to know one another better day by day, some days are hectic dealing with co-workers depending on the mood other then that all issues always gets resolved that is what I love about working with them. By each new working day for this past year i have learnt so much as I was a fresh from School and I found it exciting and now I am proud to say that have gained a lot of knowledge specifically within Supply Chain Management. I enjoy challenging tasks although it gets stressful at times atleast so it keeps me on my toes and makes the day worth coming out to work. The most challenging aspects of my job is completing tasks given to me with a deadline as it should be finished within a certain time spand which builds up pressure which I have learned or atleast came to find it rather exciting and even makes a full working day go by fast.

Pros: Do not work on weekends.
Cons: I do not really have any cons to list except for my poor monthly income.

Excellent learning curve

progress -i get rid of motivational killer and motivate through gamification i also set clear goals and provide feedback using technology responsibly it makes me also set standard and provide skills for an example at the morning i work in the registry office then afternoon am working with the CROs in order for me to create more skills. I do delegate of responsibility in order for me to do my work proper and complete it in time , I always listen to my colleagues their suggestions according to what i am doing at work for an example i want to currier applications to cape town I firstly ask my supervisor there is no other application or their personal information need to be send in Cape town I do not just send.Barriers as an intern we shared a computer and now in order to send applications i have to borrow one on the supervisors computer in order for me to done /complete my work.

Pros: Great opportunities for promotion
Cons: shared of computer

Outstanding learning environment

- I start my work 06:30 am everyday -I have a good relationship with my co-workers, we trust and respect each other.I value their input and ideas, and they value mine.We communicate all day, the better and more effectively we communicate, the richer our relationships will be. -I have learnt how to welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, also compiling of financial documentation in relations to payments. Recording of all in-coming and out-going correspondence and submissions. -What I enjoy most is doing my daily duties. Answering internal and external calls, acknowledging emails. -In the beginning, having to do payments was very challenging as it is a very complicated duty, a short time passed by I got the hang of it. This was the only challenging aspect.

Pros: 8 hours of work daily
Cons: 1 hour travel every day
