The great experience i've achieved from the company.
I've learned a lot from the company how to build a strong relationship with my co- workers, how to work as a team, since i arrived in the company we've archived many targets on time because of our hard working an determination, I've enjoyed my work because it keeps your mind open because we spend most of our time making calculations and its metallurgy you study different types of rocks and is not a difficult job but a challenging one.sometimes we use different types of acids, thats why concentration is very much important in the laboratory. working as a sampler & laboratory analysis is a very chalenging work because for your tests to pass in the laboratory your sampling must be up to standard and comply with SANS and also in the laboratory your tests must comply with SANS and your calculations must be in the correct order. if the test fails you have to repeat it twice to be sure weather the test is passing or is failing.
Pros: I had a promotion because when they employ me they employed me to work as a general labour,
Cons: 12 hours per shift

Deppressing area where my qualifications are undermined.
I began my passion for B Tech: engineering civil (water) back in 1996 at Khethisa high School, where I first obtained my C.O.S.C certificate and proceeded to Lerotholi Polytechnic where I was awarded a Diploma in Engineering Civil in 2004. I further took my studies in the University of Johannesburg where I obtained a National Diploma in engineering Civil in 2015; last but not least I continued and obtained my B.TECH in Engineering Civil (Water) in 2017.
Pros: good experince
Cons: low wages and no promotions
