As an HR OFFICE I AM A hard work wiiling to learn every day and will to grow my mind
- my current duties in my working place is to capture all leaves, allowance and all claims e.g . overtime , standby and Sunday allowances ensure that all recruitment process is done properly - ensure that all employees get their pay slips in time Typing memos and placing circulars in the notice board
Pros: Great environment for acchieving the goals
Cons: in this company i am willing to achieve more goals a workhard and push all bondars of the work

Good in devoping skill
IS MOST interesting company Develop Friendship Participate in all decision marking Selection, Recruitment, Appointment is the most challenging part of my duties. HRD is the most interesting section dealing with Development of the employee career
Pros: work hard for a bright future
Cons: enjoy all working hours and voluntary working hours
