Leading, controlling, organising etc...isn't easily, sometimes its gives headache but the support we got from our Leaders, Managers takes us pressure away. soo now everything go smoothly, thanx to them.

Accountability, self motivated...
Church Of Scortland Hospital, its big hospital base in deep rural areas, peoples who live there doent believe to go to hospital when they get sick, firstly they start by consulting traditional when condition worsen then come to the hospital that a very challenging to us as health care workers, Campaigns by dept do helps us alots to deliver health education....also working as team and trustworth do motivate them to come to the hospital when they get sick.
