Still on the process to register as a Pr Construction Project management

Working Closely with South African Police Services (SAPS) to assist them with the facilities for the disabled people on the existing SAPS buildings (Koppies Police Station, Jagersfontein Police Station, Van Standensrus Police Station, and Heuningspruit Police Station). Involved also in the preparation of the procurement certificate for professional services to appoint a team of consultants for various accessibility. Gariep (southern cluster): Gariepdam, Phillipolis, Trompsburg and Jagersfontein: Installation of generator sets at non-devolved police stations – assisting the client (SAPS) with procurement process of the project, appointment of the professional services, also the appointment of the contractor along with the construction documentation and construction management. .

Was a learning curve

Working for department of Public works has been great i have learnt a lot there but the are less chances of one growing there hence i am looking for another job at different companies. Have great working relations with my colleagues.

I have 3 years experienced as Admin officer as Property payment , Kam and finance section 18 months

I m currently working as a cleaner at Department of Public Works and have obtained my Grade 12 in 2000, and also obtained my national diploma in credit management at University of South Africa in 2012 April and currently studying Bachelor in Financial Management at unisa is my Second year. I m willing to get promotion outside.

Admin skills

Good working relationship with my boss and surbodinates. Good manners when it comes to problem-solving. Communication is flowing with internal and external clients. The most challenging part is the sick leave though it's stipulated clearly on policy that if you submit the leave form at HR it is not compulsory to attach the medical certificate when the sick days are not above three days. The Supervisor is rejecting that policy always request the subordinates to attach the certificate no matter what.
