Work environment is not conducive at all.

Op The District posses much schools and understaff HR officers which leads to the stress to people in HR.No moneys to appoint even when one resigns or past away the Dept do not appoint ; the workload is always shifted to the existing employees; therefore employees are getting sick; dying; resigning and relocating.You end up not enjoying to work because you have to buy your work stationary as we are always told the Depart has got no money and the educators including the community we serve do not know that; you are expected to render best service delivery from your own pocket.Its hard for me.Please help me.Thank you

Basic Accounting System (BAS) and report Completion of order form Capturing Sundry and Nutrition orders Compling and capturing of Nutrition payment Filling and maintaining financial records Attend to daily suppliers queries Recording all types of Payments Preparing year-end financial report Batching of Payments Checking of payment on the document list

Pros: great opportunity
Cons: long hours

Im working as an intern in admin environment.

I have excellent interpersonal and communition skills oral and writting. I have good computer skills on all Microsoft aplication. I have the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations, excellnt in problem solving skill. I also capturing learners in the system and educators and i also capture learners marks quaterly , printing schedule and report. I do enjoy working with my staff . I always do my work with confidence and accurate.

Pros: Getting the work can make me approved my work and meeting new people.
Cons: i usually work from 7:30 to 14:30
