Career Growth

I am absolutely passionate about my work. As a trainer/facilitator, I am given the opportunity to work individually but i also have the interaction with management and employees that allows me to see the bigger picture of the company. There is nothing more rewarding than looking back and see how my input has helped to grow and develop a team/individual. I enjoy the challenges while developing training programmers and ensuring you meet everyone's needs (and ideas) but still guide them towards a mutual agreement of what is needed. One of my weaknesses might be that I am a perfectionist, at times maybe getting to drawn in to making sure everything is 100% correct. As an extrovert, i get along with all my co-workers, always finding that common ground we can connect on. Being in senior roles most of my career, I have a very good relationship with senior management as i found that respect will go a long way. Very excited and ready for a new opportunity!

Great exposure to the 4IR

Amazing learning experience, amazing company culture. Technological changes keeps one at toes, various training opportunities, exposure to amazing accounting systems and IT systems that are used world wide

There is potential to grow.

Derivco is a great place to work. Employees need to be directed to explore opportunities offered by the company. Have learnt a lot & learn to take ownership

Favoritism is rife

People are leadership is biased and favoritism is rife. Environment i conducive to bullying and leadership don't do anything about ti and in is People are promoted b based on relationships with their line manager. The recruitment process isn't fair. Leadership are very junior an inexperienced
