Excellent learning curve

I am not currently working at the company but it was a small private company, it was a good way to start in a working industry the whole staff welcomed me good and they were very kind understanding that I was coming from school and still new in the working industry ,even my former boss was good as well,I have learned a lot from the company and I have also learned to work independently and understand that the company relies on me all the time and that was challenging at first but eventually I was used to the idea and I did excellent work.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions
Cons: Long working hours
