Continuous learning

Learning enhance knowledge and learning new things keeps individual on top of their game. Learning can come in different ways and the most important thing is using what you have learned to improve your way of thinking and your way of doing things. Excellent learning curve implies progressive building of individual cognitive know how to the level where that individual will be more knowledgeable that the time he or she started learning.

Pros: culture and quality of work life
Cons: lack of challenges and opportunity for promotion
