Working conditions are normal, have a very good relationship with my co workers,managers and all people surrounding me, the place is working friend environment. I enjoy most is my job I can do it with my eyes closed,i know exactly what I am required to do, I have learned a lot of things on how the financial accounting cycle works.the most challenging is when you have to chase the invoices fight with the suppliers for not paying them in time due to people not submitting invoices on time.

Pros: normal benefits
Cons: little money for the position and the experience i have.

I'm a hard working person and willing to learn more

I'm a fast learning person and I'm a hard working person. I'm a strong working alone and as a group. I'm a good team leader having communication skills. I'm have a basic knowledge on computer skills and I have a good skills on engine fault finding

Pros: I looking forward to new challenges and to learn more at your company. I am willing to be part of your team to archive more, and willing to take opportunities to learn more at your company
Cons: I'm a hard working person and I'm working overtime and willing to help out when the company needs me

Normal

I start my day every morning with a cup of coffee then sit in my chair till I knock off time, me and my technicians makes a very good team never fights at all, I have learned that at work you have to compromise in order to reach your goals, and I enjoy going to the mines to make follow ups on my debtors queries in order to refresh the computer a bid, most challenging is when you dealing with a difficult customer and doesn't want to pay, have to come up with a good strategy to convince for the benefit of your company.

Pros: Willing to learn more in my career path
Cons: To reach my goal at the end of the day

Willing to learn more

debtors and creditors, invoicing different suppliers.filling, general admin duties, answering telephone.payroll monthly on the system. Following up on all outstanding jobs,

Pros: I love working for deutz diesel power b ut on the other hand i don't see myself anywhrere higher than my position a this company is in one place, I would like something that will give me a challenge.
Cons: long working hours

Learning experience.Organization pays off. SynergyChallenging preparing AFS.

Working at the current company is a learning experience. From keeping to deadlines daily, weekly and monthly to quarterly and half yearly reports. I found working individually and in a team during financial year end very interesting here. See all departments coming together. Most challenging would be preparing for financial year end packs. But working together with senior management makes this task easy to push through.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Minimum opportunity to grow
