Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve without growth in terms of promotion and salary however has beautiful exposure for experience. Typical day included long hours of work between report writing, investigations, quality control of product and microbiological work. Co-workers in my department were team players. I've most learned that growth is important or else things start to be taken for granted. I enjoyed working with quality systems and microbiological investigations. The most challenging aspect was proving to management that your troubleshooting solution will work.

Elementary education

At the current company I do almost everything. My coworkers are inexperienced ,some work permanent positions in my qualified field of work yet they're unexpirienced .when they're having troubles with their work am always on standby.On everyday basis I go from being a boilermaker to being the workshop guy interms of maintenance and I also operate the boiler but I only earn money for general labour

Cons: Long working hours
