This company has been an excellent learning curve in my life.

My typical workday starts - refreshing the computer, re stacking the workload for the day, filling documents and phoning clients for updates. The rest of the day falls in order when you have quotes and Tax invoices and clients walking in and doing progress reports. I have a close working bond with my colleges and sort any problem out with out making a big issue. I'm a peace maker always finding a solution. I started as a receptionist and was promoted in 4 month to an Insurance Consultant. I love the clients and different situations I find myself in.

Taking things serious and putting myself in the situation of the customer

ive learned alot in car dealing company it gave me an understanding of working under presure and how to approach and handling and resolving customers problems .daily to day duties i check new claims that came through call customers for updates if theres any approvals or declines,daily filling of reports ,im a team player we ensure that we renders support where is needed .ive learned that it is important to do followup to ensure that the clients are happy,when i have to call customer when theres an approval and resolving customers difficult issues.is when a car became a write off and insurances declines the customers applicatins and when a customers get dissapointed.
