I liked my job unfortunately the contractexpired

I worked in a an environment whereby Canopies where built and installed to cars on daily basis. The most challenging issues from my company was the smell of the fiber glass and employees absconding work and you have to rotate the ones present for that moment. I had good relationship with my fellow employees. I enjoyed working with co-workers, communication between us was sterling and we respected each other. I learned managing employees, solving issues amicably and maintaining good relationship amongst employees.

Pros: Canopies were ready on time
Cons: Customers used to be difficult at times and one has to have a way to deal with them in order to keep them

I liked to work for thecompany even further but contract expired

I enjoyed doing administration for the company.

Pros: I was contracted to the company and there was no chance for promotion
Cons: Sometimes i had worked long hours

I learned how to work with many people. gain experience in solving co-workers and employees issues

I worked for a company that built and sell canopies on daily basis. The challenging issue was to walk around employees when others were absent from work. I had an excellent relationship with my fellow employees. Fiber Glass was a challenge as it smell and affect lungs. I enjoyed the team work we had in the administration department.

Pros: I was contracted and did not have opportunity for promotion
Cons: I liked my job, and working long hours was nevr a problem though i was notgetting remuniration for it

Gained more experienced of working around people and how to manage them

I worked 8 hours a day, monday to friday. I also took overtime when neccessary. I had a good relationship with my fellow workers. I enjoyed working with people as a group although the most challenging situation experienced was when some of them where off and you have to fill for them.

Pros: I had a contract that expired in three years and there was no chance for promotion
Cons: I worked overtime
