Currently I a m busy with one of our project doing recruitment and drafting separation notices for those who are leaving the company, as well as processing last year's study assistance grants which includes a monthly stipend that has to be processed monthly. My relationship with Co workers is extremely good as I know each and everyone by name we have a work force of 300 plus technicians, they know me as the go to guy as they know that if they want assistance be it with their change of banking details, Medical aid change as well as any other issue that they may have. I have learned a lot from my manager hence I can confidently say I am a fully fledged HR Business partner now. I enjoy IR mostly because each case varies. The most challenging part was when I started I had to adapt to the culture of the organisation but that only took one month, since then it has been smooth sailing so to speak.

Pros: Learning as this is an organisation that enables learning
Cons: No permanent placement

Great environment to learn.

Lovely environment. Friendly fellow staff members. Very understanding supervisors and always willing to teach and show new guys the ropes. Very diverse teams and knowledgable staff too.

Pros: Great place to up skill and learn
Cons: Not a permanent job as mostly they outsource for projects
