I love the fact that no one is always checkinng on you or a time keeper,. As long as your duties are done you are good. Colleagues are great to work with and always learning from them. Great company benefits for permanent employees

Excellent learning curve and growth curve as a person

A typical work day is very busy , from 8am to 5pm you have numerous reports to complete, you make outbound and take inbound calls. you deal directly with the customer to make appointments,. requires good knowledge of our country, google maps helps as well as tracking tools. most challenging part of this job is to keep numerous clients happy at the same time while trying to make and maintain targets. co workers are friendly and understand the pressures of the job. I have learned multiple things, how to be understanding and to have empathy towards people and i have developed certain skill with certain tool that only i can do.

Pros: great medical aid benefit
Cons: long working hours including weekends and no incentives
