Good opportunity

I have been an intern for about 8 months at Diebold Nixdorf. This is an atm manufacturing and maintenance company. I have been appointed as a Logistics intern since July 2017. My responsibility a is to pick and pack orders for technicians. Maintaining the reverse logistics part of the business. Confirming and placing orders for technicians across all regions. It has been a good way to expose me to the warehouse part of logistics and what it entails to work as a warehouse specialist. Due to the small size of the logistics function of this company it has been hard for me to be exposed to the entire logistics facet of business. I am grateful to my current employer and continue to work hard but I need to be exposed to more than just warehousing. My dream is to be exposed more to the entire supply chain function including shipping and forwarding.

Pros: Great for work experience
Cons: limited chance for growth in the logistics department

Good industry

Not a bad company to work for. As long as i keep up to my daily standard amount of work then i'm doing great and learning every day as to level-up my experience. We work as a team as to produce great results measuring quantity and also quality.

Pros: Not very good
Cons: Fair enough with working hours
