Good learning curve

It is a good start. It gives a glimpse of the business industry and how to treat customers. Although having to deal with customers everyday might be hard. You have to handle difficult customers and be able to calm them down while maintaining a good relationship. I have leant a lot. Working with people from different backgrounds and interacting with them. I enjoy getting into a customer’s mind and persuading them about the product or service I’m offering.

Pros: Good industry for learning.
Cons: Late working hours.

Poor management

No proper processes in place no proper planning no material planning duration of projects not planned delivery of equipment very slow no training for staff no leave cancelled due to work load being to much no credits for doing good work

Pros: No opportunities
Cons: Huge work load

Experience

Great experience Lovely work environment Great people Meeting new people everyday Creating a clientele Create ideas and leaning new things daily I get to work with a team of great people and I love team work more especially when we all get along of which is what I would want as a team player! I know that a great team meets targets and does all the job correctly. I love working retail because It's challenging and I love a challenge. I'm a hard worker and I fast leaner as well
