Great expirience in short term insurance and life policy

my day starts at 6am log in on my mitel(headsets)read yesterday e-mail see if there is any instruction or any amended policy. we are a world leading outsourcing company,under our cluster we have 13 policy groups that we log claims for(Standard bank,old mutual)etc. its a busy day.We also do e-mail claims cater for those that cant get through,the mails we call it off planet e-mails which an instruction it send my the insurer. i work a 12 hour shits which breaks by our day off's and there is a short week and a long week my day ends with a typical long day.it is a great company that opens to new opportunities they have a training field and refresher coarse which its done once a month. our system is integrated with the insurer's one (old mutual/quick sure) its a hard working day

Good admin experience

I have extensive work experience in call centre environments, emergency road & home assistance, and customer service, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. I believe I could fit easily into your team. I am committed hard working individual who pays attention to detail, genuinely enjoys working independently or as part of a team. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills, have good listening skills as well as good communication skills, I enjoy challenges, team player and eager to learn from others and I cope well under pressure, I also have great respect for my colleagues and I like working with people
