I have extensive experience in a call center industry & currently working as a dispatcher in the emergency call center that deals with road and home assist. When I started at Digicall Solution last year I was hired as a front line call center agent & grew very fast as a worked in that department for a month and was given an opportunity to work at the dispatching department were I appoint nearest service provider to assist clients on the road as well as at home and it became my permanent position since then till now. I have learned different systems and procedures at my current company. I work with a bunch of highly motivated individual whom works towards the same goal.
Pros: I would like to expand my knowledge in the working environment
Cons: 24 hours call center working shifts.

Gained allot of experience and exposure to multiple industries within the insurance environment.
I deal with the Glass call centre on all new and existing campaigns. Report to all stakeholders and external clients. Monthly operations meetings with clients and external training. Good company to work for and great staff.
Pros: Great learning opportunities
Cons: In balance in salaries and lack of growth

Best company to work for but i need new career prospects. out off digicall
I'm a young ,vibrant individual with years of experience in the customer service industry , specifically in the emergency roadside assistance ,i believe i have learned quite a lot in this industry to share with others, i work very well individually and in a team , i enjoy dealing with difficult clients as it helps me to show of my strength and to develop from my weaknesses also it helps me to grow and learn more about Pupils behaviours.
Pros: better career prospects ,better job opportunities and growth
Cons: long working hours , but i've learned to love them in time as the Environment i'm in requires one to work odd shifts.
