Brilliant company and awesome products

A workday consist of individual and or classroom/ group training or creating online training content. We are only two trainers in the company and not only are we responsible for client training but also staff training as well. Due to the task we need to maintain as open door approach not only to assist our fellow staff but also to assist us with the knowledge of any new product we are stocking. If you work for an Apple company you are taught to be crytical on detail especially when it comes to a specific client project. The most gratifying moment in Digicape is when we completed a major client training session with such success that they want us to another session. Creating cutting edge training solutions and methods. Struggling to be innovative is my greatest challenge.

Pros: Being able to work and be creative on one of the world greatest technology
Cons: Very expensive technology.

Excellent Learning Curve

My day starts at 8:30, because I am a receptionist I interact with everyone who walks through the door, internal staff as well as clients. I assist our HR manager with anything she needs from me, Data capturing, follow up calls, updating our company's organogram, answering the switchboard, sending and receiving mail. I have learnt how to deal with customers who are rude and think they are always right and have no disregard for a secretary it is challenging because you are not allowed to let your feelings get in the way. I enjoy doing paperwork the most, I prefer being busy.

Pros: exposure to apple products and training as well as HR duties
Cons: Not feeling as if I will grow in the company, travelling far to work, spending most of the time in traffic.
