Excellent learning curve

They don't value the call centre agents, no salary increase. It is an enjoyable work place because the relationship with the leaders is good but you will earn the salary you earned 2 years ago with the same person who was hired last month. Therefore there is no growth.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Minimum salaries, working under probation for the rest of your life

I WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE COMPANY

- We set up appointments with your Ceo's.IT managers etc -We have a good relationship whereby they ask for help if they need something -I have learnt to negotiate,advise clients in terms of what systems can be good for them -having a good conversations with clients and my directors -Getting through to gate keepers but i have a way to.

Pros: I WILL HARD SO THAT I CAN EVEN GROW WITHIN THE COMPANY
Cons: I AM WILLING TO WORK SHIFTS
