Great place with lots of varying opportunity, if well fitted with the business need at the time.

Working within the company and role I do, is very fast paced. Seems somewhat informal to some extent, however there very high standards put in place to maintain on varying fronts. As a Customer Service Representative, I'd typically be in contact with the clients we service via call, email or chat. Within the department I'm based, there are large amounts of volumes to deal with not leaving much room for error. One could say there's an embedded 6 sigma approach within ones daily routine, strongly based within an agile environment. As a senior representative, we'd also fill a more informal roles of coaching and mentoring to some extent. Which works in support of those filling these roles more formally. Furthermore we engage with our clients on a Customer Service basis, however more business decisions based on their practical and theoretical value.

Pros: Good salary for the role filled, 13th cheque, free parking and daily meal provided when scheduled to work.
Cons: Erratic hours, the business strongly dictates your progress within the company and your career.

Excellent for growth on an intellectual and social level

The working environment at DOS is one of absolute lightheartedness but still remaining driven to provide outstanding service. There is flexibility in service to provide unconfined efficacy in service while keeping the fun aspect prominent in our delivery our product. My relationship with my colleagues is amazing. I have made so many connections with various personalities and demeanors and it has made me even more socially versatile and dynamic. I have learned proper means to dealing with customers on an emotional and professional level. I enjoyed the banter with colleagues and on occasion, with customers too. The most challenging aspects of the job was to chat to multiple customers at a time while reviewing accounts, withdrawals, documents, deposits etc

Excellent growth

I have been at Digioutsource for a 1 year and 4 months, my typical day at work is that I do my admin work, make sure that I structure the breaks and assist with customer queries on a daily basis. My relationship with my colleagues is very good, we have good understanding and respect with one another. We have that support structure at my workplace. What I have learnt since I joined Digioutsource is that there is alot growth and opportunities within the company and I have been up skilled to be a 2IC for Team Leader, it taught me to take responsibilities structuring the team and do alot of adhoc tasks. What I enjoy the most is experiencing new challenges since being a 2IC Team Leader and making sure that I assist with my colleagues as much as possible. The most challenging aspect of the job is that you have you to multi task, assist with customer queries and complaints at the same time you have to do lot of adhoc admin. Great

How to deal with difficult costumers, to be able to work by myself, leadership

It is a great company to work, great values, nice people to work with, we have free meal a day, free gym, and well Medical aid. We have the challenging of dealing with our player, because we work in a casino online, so it no a easy task, but we get the job done.

Good environment to learn about the corporate world

Digi outsource is a very good foundation for post graduates to start out working. The growth is good but the variety is not that great. Several youngsters start here to pay study loans and assist families but not in their specialized field. Where you think you gaining experience this situation can possible drain you from all ambition and dreams depending on your character. Too often employees would leave the company and a bad note. The company has thought me valuable lessons in the work place but that is it. Regarding my career I am basically where I was when I started 3 years ago...

Cons: There is not a wide a variety of careers to go into and no degree will affect you

Great potential for growth when management likes you.

DOS needs to invest in cultural diversity workshops as that is a huge problem in the company. Managers do as they please when it comes to appointing staff for jobs.

Great to gain experience

Digital outsource service great company looks after its staff. Fantastic opportunity to gain experience. Has free meals, drinks, gym access and open bar for those who drink. I'm looking for company where I can grow with and gain new experience. I'm seeking career change.

The are willing to give opportunities to staff that are motivated, informed and that lead by example. They invest in their staff and will go to great lengths to ensure staff happiness. They invest in their staff by offering training and personal development. They give their staff everything that you could possibly need to successfully deliver on tasks.
