Was a challenge

A normal work day is a constant battle as there is no structure in place, workers never get along due to favorism I have been running my own department although it doesn't feel like a carry any worth in the company as management constantly over look your hard work never got rewarded for a job well done but always getting penalized and had to take responsibility for errors I cared about my job but I don't get the same in return. Under paid. When I first started there I had to see to my own work space as there was no one to explain to me I had to make up as I went along. When there is issues or problems the proper steps are never taken boss always takes the side of his favorite employees. I worked very hard but had no idea why I was placed on the side that never gets insensitives. Every day was a battle to get through You work many hours over time but don't get paid accordingly. Overall this wasn't a very good working environment for me

Pros: Never got promoted
Cons: Long working hours and you are forced to work over time. Although I never minded to work OT

Always something new to learn

I think i am a fun loving guy who normally get along with my fellow workers, My day starts at 8h30am and ends at 5h30pm which is very challenging cause everyday you see diffrent ideas To be honest i have gained alot of expierence see that i iam in this industry almost +-15 years but you never to old to learn new challenges

Pros: staff is cool and friendly
Cons: Weekend and after hours work with no payment
