Not really
Its not bad but i want to grow and learn more. I am willing to grow in a business and give more than whats expected from me. i have a good relationship with my colleagues and have learnt more about the type of people to associate with . i have learned how to handle a difficult customer and making sure that the customer receive's the appropriate feedback and both parties happy. I enjoy thinking outside the box and not do one thing daily because i become comfortable . the most challenging aspects in my job so far its nothing but we are not recognized for the hard work we deliver

Cons: its a growing company that does not allow its employees to grow

Excellent learning curve
We very busy like any other companies. Overworked. Multitasking and flexible. We short stuffed but we do our work and we never gets any compliments from the management. Co-workers are very loving and supportive no matter what you going through. I enjoy working for the company even though sometimes I feel drained.
Pros: Fine
Cons: 9 hours a day with 1 day off per week
