I'm a fast learner , i like learning new things too.

I'm the type of person that like to learn new things, love taking on challenges and enjoy working with people , i get along with people i enjoy there company , what i enjoy the most is taking on a new challenge everyday, things that excite me and waking up every morning knowing i got a job i need to attend to, i give my all when it comes to things i love doing and to the people in my life, i have learnt that nothing is for free in life you have to work for what you want.

The learning curve was how to communicate with people that lost their loved ones

Start working at DIGNITY FUNERAL on the 01/09/2016. Reporting direct to the Operational manager. Switchboard, capturing of all funeral policies on the system. Have a very good relationship with the 2 co-workers and the security guard. Learn how to make customers comfortable on arrival, learn a lot how to deal with family that lost their loved-one.

Pros: The advantage was how to deal with people
Cons: Working from monday to sunday
