I enjoy work as a team

I enjoy to do data capturing and also client service and I learn how to work as a team ,working with different people ,the most thing don't make me happy when the Claint is not happy and angry so the reason make the client service is to make the Claint happy .the most challenge is when the Claint did not pay his or her premium s after something happen come to the office ask about her policy .I also check the policy of the Claint using nupay system

I am currently working as a Funeral advisor which is similar to my previous job

There ia mot much known to me about the company. I feel that the person who hired me is not professional evwm thw training was done informal manner and all she cares about is reaching her target without giving proper support

Pros: There is a high chances of getting a promotion
Cons: There isn't much support to get employees to rwach their target

Excellent learning curve

I was given a chance after my internship, was employed for and given a 1 year contract, and my duties increased because i am managing about more than 50 active clients. I like team work because i believe it makes the work lighter.

Excellent

I learnt that team work is important, meeting targets is crucial. Managing pressure from employees. Long hours can hurt but is the learning curve to know how to commit your del on what you are doing. Working with old people (Rep/Agent) and youth ( Co- Workers) that helped me to adjust myself.

Daily duties

Processing claims, death claims and do follow up and updating clients.Update computer and paper records with the details of the claim,Uploading high volume of data in the system,Keep the policy holder informed both verbally and in writing of the status of the claim.Preparing payments for all resolved claims.Training new staff on customer service,Assessing vulnerable areas which might be of risk to the company,Respond to customer telephone inquiries and answer queries,Attend to client’s complaints and do follow up on pending issues,Compiling monthly reports.

EXPERIENCE GAINED

I currently works as an administrator/Client service consultant which can be quite challenging half the time but i must say i really do enjoy what i do. You get friendly clients, frustrated clients,grieving clients but the despite all of that my job is to make sure that they are well serviced and fully satisfied. My joy is from putting a smile on my clients face no matter how frustrated they were when walking in. The challenge is really at claim stage because that when you deal with the most saddened people ever but still my aim is to make sure i sympathize and fully satisfy the client,
