I am seeking permanent employment, I am prepared to start at the bottom and work my way up. I am keen to learn. I am hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, have good time keeping, of sober habits, non-smoker and have a Code A and Code B Drivers License with my own transport. I have good technical skills, am a competent technician, skilled in computer server ,networking hardware, using the following program applications; Windows, Word. PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet, Wireless, and network printing, diagnostic, IT and including program applications etc. I also have technical skills, repairing of electronic devices. I have a keen interest in anything IT / Technical related

Growth

I work in a team of 12 Globally, from Singapore to USA, I enjoy that because it exposes you to different cultures and experiences, my typical day at the office, would be running reports, new client take on projects, user systems training my relationship with my team is an open one, they know when i am sad or angry, i always speak my mind, I enjoy working for my current department because of the people culture experience, the challenging part is when you try to train someone from another country and communication breaks down, and it is very hard when you cant express yourself in their language

Diverse and open

I am a deep thinker who is able to grasp concepts as well as solve problems with ease. When I deliver a piece of work, I ensure that it is of a high standard and sufficient research has been done, regardless of the subject. This has been an inherent trait and is evident on most of the tasks I need to perform; I believe in only doing something once. I am an individual that is inspired by those willing to take a leap of faith in themselves to make improvements. I get satisfaction in assisting others find what they are truly passionate about; finding their essence and seeing them succeed in everything that they do. My credo is “Motivate. Inspire. Be Awesome” and I live by those words. I like collaboration and I believe that differences are what can make up one amazing whole and we can do great things if that is embraced and appreciated. Regardless of position within an organization, one is always able to lead and motivate others.

Learning new things everyday

Great Company to work for, my team and I are more like family than colleagues, we cover our backs and make sure any work that fall through the cracks is covered by other team mates, what i have learned is patients as we deal with clients across the globe and language barrier can at times become a problem, what i enjoy most is learning new skills everyday on how to deal with different clients. most challenging aspect of my job is the time zone difference, at time one would need to login from home to make sure that other regions that are out of our time zones are supported especially when there is a high impacting issue that needs resolving as soon as possible

Position Held : Service Desk Agent (24X7) 1 October 2011-October 2012 Duties : 1st line and 2nd line support (Remote desktop support) : Password reset, unlock accounts, extend account, update user details on Active directory : Connecting remotely to user’s machine or guiding users over the phone to assist them : Installing/uninstalling software remotely, troubleshooting all 1st line problems. : Logging calls, updating and assigning to on site engineers : Tracking calls and updating the client : Registering and Managing Request and SLA on Service Now (ITSM)

my working hours are reasonable, my relationship with my co workers is good ,I have learned a lot in this short period of time, I enjoy the online courses .
