Good

Day is very focused on Meeting and ensuring client compliance on all systems Heat Maps for all systems, incidents reports technical implementation to client specification

Pros: great flexiblle hours
Cons: pro white growth and promotion, still very much a Pro White company with little tansformation, Black Management or black women

Work Experience

Its exciting to do my kind of job as I deal with different users with different personalities and has allowed me to grow in terms of working multi personalities and gave me the expansion of understanding different peoples and level in terms of profession they hold and same applies to co workers. Most challenging aspects in my job is being in contact with users who know more than I do as a technician which has made me to come out of the comfort zone and upskiling myself more and getting a broader knowledge with our applications.

Pros: Dimesion Data its a very professional company that belives in delivering excellent service to their client. And also in upskilling their staff to keep up the the current demands.
Cons: very little room for promotions,
