Technology lovers would love it latest tech training
Working at dionwired is great, a typical day would consist of helping and trouble shooting walk in customers with products or items that they want to purchase or have already purchased. My co-workers are very helpful and considerate when it comes to either helping customers or myself with whatever the problem or solution we have encountered. What I've learnt at dionwired is that working as a group/team could get a lot done but also when it comes to individual work is that i should always give my utmost best effort to try and get the job done. Enjoy learning about the latest technology. Trouble shooting with customers.
Pros: learning about all latest tech
Cons: long hours

It's retail. Long hours, it has it's perks.
It is something I appreciate, having being unemployed for a time outside of school. So the experience is price-less 09:00-18:00 - A typical day at work starts with me taking out the stamps and RF gun signing for them along with the receiving registers (general admin) . Thereafter it's waiting on suppliers (couriers) to drop off whichever stock it maybe - from washing machines to memory cards. My relationship with my co-workers is fairly good, I have had a fall-out with my line manager over the year but we get along and move on as professionals. What I have learned most is that one must keep calm in a challenging environment (distribution). What I enjoy most is the flexibility it affords me. Not being a permanent employee as well. I at times can have two off days in succession during the week. The most challenging thing of the job is that there is more physical labour than anything else (general admin)
Pros: Days of during the week (Flexi-time)
Cons: Long hours, over-worked and underpaid, working weekends

So much to learn
I enjoy my job a lot seeing different people every day and communicating with them, challenging sometimes because not always customers are willing to pay and it affect business and also personal budget, I have learnt to adjust with different characters, to accept change in life because things are not always going the you want them to be.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: Working on Sunday

Excellent
At Dionwired I enjoyed assisting and Advising Client based on They Needs in terms of products for they Home or Office. The Challenging aspects was there were no proper tools to work as a Salesman. We Struggled to communicate better with Clients because of one Telephone for the whole Store that was always unstable and Occupied.
Pros: Great Products to sell for Home, Office, Appliances and Entertainment
Cons: Most products Were selling at Low Margin, Loss.

Fun place to work at
It's a fun place to work at,there's a team spirit especially when we have Rara sessions its always fun coz we get to express ourselves including Manager's coz we play lot of games, and its so boring when it's a two-way session coz everyone has to say anything that's bothering u
Pros: when I was promoted as a frontline supervisor
Cons: long working hours 8-6
