Great opportunity to grow for another company

A typical work day is where I have to help the technicians at all sites because we have incompetent employees I have a god relationship with all my technicians as they want to learn from me at least I have learned that being accountable means that you must make sure the work is done and to do it yourself when they can not. They learn better when you show them how it is done I love my work, the technical side of things Management is the most challenging side, having to report to an office assistant who has no idea what we as technical are talking about

Excellent work experience

Topical day at OR Thambo can range from handing In newly imaged device to clients after covering a lot distance from office. Plus round trips to store, either we verify inventory or putting back received stock. What we enjoyed most is having coffee early in morning as colleages. Learned how to prioritize my activities swiftly as it's a large facility which can demand lots of walking, deploying and that on its own was a plus as it kept me fit physically and mentally.

Pros: Best work opportunity
Cons: Lockdown ended it too soon
