I am a very honest and loyal person. My day to day at my current company is from opening the establishment, checking all stock levels and order accordingly. Doing emails, reports to HO regarding reaching targets, money expenses, budgets control. Day to day banking. Motivate staff, training etc. Daily/monthly meetings with staff.

Pros: Great company
Cons: Long hours

Excellent customer service

I work for like seven days a week and that's Monday to Sunday maybe somehow I rest for two days, I enjoy working weekend shifts especially on Sundays, my work team is a winning team and we'll get along . What I've learnt mostly is that if someone did not do his or her duty well I have make sure by all means to help him. I enjoy communicating with my team, sharing ideas and so forth.
