Excellent learning curve

It's a great opportunity to study. Working under pressure is a challenge. My relationship with my co-workers is good. My day starts by doing inspections and when I'm done I see if there's anything that I can do (like preventative maintenance)then after I sit and wait for jobcards.

Fair and growing company

Start my day at 08h00 in the morning Have lunch at 13h00 Good relationship with the colleagues The mos challenging part is to deal with the contractors who at times does want to comply

Pros: Beautiful environment
Cons: I dont see any career growth in the future

- Daily deadline and working accuracy - Team player and openness - Learnt work under pressure - the pressure on the work as it kept me on my toes - Work load was the challenge

Pros: Lots of experience, exposure to diffirent aspects of the working industry.
Cons: Pressure and getting home very tired on a daily basis

Excellence in delivery a Private Public Party contract

I managed the Company, with HR, Technical Manager, B-BBEE Manager, Compliance Manager and Soft Services Manager reporting directly to me. I have gain vast experience in working with personnel. learnt disciple from HR perspective. Managing cost on a daily basis.

Cons: Managing personnel daily tasks
