Learning curve

I am 35 old married and a mother of 2 , I have been a full time receptionist for 5 years now and I love what I do ,I am very bubbly person with a friendly personality , the things I have learned for the past years is being professional ,team spirit and commitment. Good communication skills

-I always leave my problems at work by the time I switch on the switch board I put my whole focus and nothing more or less. -my relationship with co-workers is excellent. -I handle the switch board nationally and I know everyone from the different regions. -I have learned to be assertive and to be the best in what I am doing. -trying to track someone in the company who didn't communicate if he is coming in for the day or not, and people who do not like answering their extensions.

Have gained additional experience

I like working at a fast paced environment, team work and sales target orientated, gained experience working on mobile solution back-office(SAP, SAP BI & Route Planning) and I find the most challenging part to be working with difficult customers.

Pros: I have experience as a Sales Representative
Cons: I only worked extra hours to cover deadlines as there were too many of them and that's how I manage them.

Great entry level experience, sales and target driving, learning alot about different people

Get to sell for some of the leading companies such as Procter and Gamble, Mondelez international, Red bull,Pioneer food and Jacobs. I've learned how to be patient with people, never giving up and positive attitude towards your work is the best because it will bring good results.

Pros: Great environment, get to learn a lot about sales and marketing
Cons: Salary has been the same, no growth
