The ability to do business with all types of people .
The typical work day will start with meetings, training and reviews. The reminder to the sales people that they need to over achieve when it comes to set targets. I spend 4 days a week in field with Sales people, coaching and training. Fridays are reserved for administration and reports as well as meetings. I have learnt that the FMCG informal market will give the future growth to multi national companies . Diversity of culture, religion and language is one of the many things I do enjoy. The most challenging aspect of the job is undoubtedly the fact that your life is at risk on a daily basis in the informal sector.
Pros: The company offers great career prospects.
Cons: Working in the Informal sector is very risky from a personal safety point of view.

Excellent learning curve
a small but very successful place with a great team spirit and togetherness. though work is not challenging which is a worry as the body tends to get lazy if there is nothing much to do. my job is not challenging at all which is one of the main reasons why I want to leave but also the salary is very unsatisfactory.
Pros: great staff
Cons: not a great place for a promotion and lacks challenges

Determination
Bring part of dsa has been ideal for my career,I have learned a lot about face to face selling and customer behavior towards products,also have developed skills on dealing with difficult customers, this job really taught me a lot with regards to the sales process and the ability to handle cash and close sales deals,working face to face has been great since I now have good relations with my clients which makes it easier for me to introduce new products in the market and negotiating new deals with them. I love working with different people on daily basis as this helps to learn about different people and their culture and also how they do things with regards to the business.
Pros: the company is well established with good growth.

Good working skill even under pressure
This company named Diplomat South Africa is a sales company distributing products of Proctor and gamble and mondelez. Now when stock is received in stores which is their customers I as a merchandiser I then pack in the stock. It is a growing company.
Pros: it not bad but good working conditions.
Cons: long working hours but less work and money.

I have 8 years experience working in an HR environment. I am very passionate about what i do.
My typical day includes building relationship ships with my internal clients. Being strategic in my role so that i can better support my clients. I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt that hard work pays off if you are persistent I enjoy working in a fun environment

Very good company to work for.
Visiting distributors as well as infield training with Sales people on a daily basis. We work together very well as a team. The informal market is where product growth and sales growth will come from. The working days are never the same as you deal with different people every day. The extremely high crime rate in the informal sector is a massive challenge.
Pros: Very vibrant trade market to work in, also very challenging, but at the same time very rewarding.
Cons: The extremely high crime rate in the Townships.

Proper planing prevent poor performance.leaders are green and growing
We are working in an fmcg environment where by you have high target and you have to think on your feet at the same time.Fmcg is very interesting and challenging because it has new set of challenges everyday
