A great excellent working experience i have gained so far

working in a construction company - my most enjoyable experience is to deal with different people ( cultural diversity getting to represent the company at CCMA and successfully so in 6 occasions being able to develop and implement payroll for the company fully accountable for registering the company for regulatory bodies eg. UIF and bargaining council travelling also to different provinces to submit tender applications and also being responsible for commercial and technical aspects of tender manning - submitting if tenders and to also make sure the bids are completed correctly and accurately and also to ensure full operation of the office as we deal with different people BUT the relationship remains the same professional at all times - make sure our staff is happy off course with an open door policy at all times

Excellent place for growth

Typical 8 hour work days Friendly environment Friendly colleagues Learnt a lot about my strengths and weaknesses I enjoyed the fact that they give you space to develop your own system of working and guide you on how to improve on it The most difficult part was the distance because you could spend months without going home
