- A typical work day includes slaving away in workshops and your desk - My relationship with co-workers are extremely good - I've learnt that you have to come up for yourself, as no one else does - I enjoy the time spent on the road - very little compared to going to Johannesburg - Customers not knowing what they want is the most challenging aspect of the job

Monitoring of the company’s network components (servers, routers, switches, desktops, firewalls, domain controllers, production servers, URLS, remote office and LAN) with the use of Microsoft Operations Manager Monitoring XCOM and FTP services for servers. Sending, scheduling and receiving files via XCOM and FTP with the usage of Settlement Account Interface and Chanel system. Protecting Direct Transact and customer information against unauthorized access and loss; Escalate incidents to the relevant standby person. Knowledge, skills and experience: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Computer literacy including sound knowledge in the Microsoft Office package. Help Desk operations and / or call center experience.
