Direct Axis is a good company if you are looking for development and growth opportunity. There are many roles within the company which gives many opportunities to grow and excel in their journey at DirectAxis. Many development programmes and Leaderships tool kits are available to aid those people that want to grow. Pros: The company benefits in terms of employees: Wellness centre: Gym, Counsellors, Day Nurse, Day Doctor. Hair dresser Canteen Cons: Directaxis is not the best when it comes to salaries. You have to work hard to get on par with the rest of the people if you want to acquire things in life.

I have a Diploma in Public Relations and, I am well informed about strategic management, public policy management and computer skills, planning skills. Tertiary qualifications instilled and sharpened my knowledge and skills, which are suitable for this position. I've adopted the quote "To work is to play", a colleague shared this quote during a motivational session. And reaĺly you can't make any sales if you're not having fun. Direct Axis employees live by these four values: care, collaboration, curiosity and courage. These I'm applying in my every day life as well. After all what's a sales man without these values.

Review

DirectAxis is in the business of constantly reviewing structures, processes, they are open to ideas, they even have an innovation team that speaks to agents, team leaders, managers on what they would like or change, get their ideas. There are many opportunities within DirectAxis to grow, they have in house training and development and they like to recruit internally first before advertising outside, the business is growing rapidly and there are more and more opportunities that arise.

Pros: Growth opportunities, learning, training
Cons: Executives not that clued up on what is going on the floor and bash areas that is not within the areas control, with not understanding what is happening

Growth in the workplace

It is a very busy working environment. We live by our values which are care, collaboration, courage, innovation and ownership. I have a good interpersonal relationship with colleagues and we constantly share ideas on how to revamp work processes.I have learnt to be patient with people as we are not all the same. I have enjoyed the culture of unity and working towards the same goals. All challenges have made me grow to be self driven and self managed.

Learning leadership skills,given in different fields/deprtments.

Good company to work for,friendly working enviroment.Does offer oppotunities to learn more about the company in different fields/departments.Also give opportunities in such levels of years you with the company or experience that and individul has with the company its an advatage to the company.
