Ordinary, excellent in numbers , responsible and team player

I am excellent communicator and good in numbers. I work very well in a team and independently, I'm responsible and mature and I can be trusted with responsibility.I'm a fast learner ,I'm a creative person and goal directed. Solving problems and do clean and perfect job it's my culture in the place of work / business. In the inventory department i did have challenges most of the time. I had to give accurate stock counts , I had to make sure damaged stock is reported to the inventory early in time before they pick it to dispatch. And to make sure that the system always stay accurately updated.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours 6 am - 6pm

Work Experience

I'm currently rotating every month between night and day shift , It is soo interesting because of the fact that you have to work with different teams more especially on night shift where we don't have team B or A so I have make sure that I understand all the employees and their behavior to make it simple for me to lead them. The most important thing that I have learnt is that as a Supervisor sometimes you need to involve your team when you make decisions , equal treatment, the team that you're leading needs to know that you're their supervisor not a friend you also follow instructions. I enjoy pressure and challenge just because it is where I learn most of the things. The most challenging thing in my job is when I have to change shifts where I have catch up on new that have been implemented when I was on the other shift.
