Execellent working condition

My working day is very amazing since we work together as a team with my colleagues. I have good working relationship with my co-worker because we sometime go out together. Working with different people everyday made me learn that people act differently according to their race, believes and culture. I enjoy working with different people and differnt charecters everyday Working is the most challenging part of them all Because you cannot not know what will happen next.

Education on Primary Health Care

I have a very positive, confident and enthusiastic outlook on my work. I start at nine in the morning and see up to 30 patients a day. I have a wonderful colleague that work with me with a very positive outlook on life. We work as a team with other departments to give medication where appropriate. I have learned a lot of theory because we attended Nursing Conferences 3-4 time a year and earned at least 30-40 CPD points a year. I thoroughly enjoyed Infection Control because I love learning about all viruses and bacterial infections. What I enjoy working with the customers and found a wealth of information from them. I gave counseling to many about lifestyle, exercise and food choices, HIV, Diabetes, Heart disease and many other diseases. The challenging part of my daily work is dealing with difficult customers, time constraints, slow computer systems, the amount of patients we have to deal with and having time in between to do administration.

Excellent learning curve

Typical day included dealing with customers on a daily, consulting and providing advice on on shelf vitamins , homeopathics and herbal medicines as well as healthy food options . The company co-workers were amazing and we worked well as a team in order to make targets and win competitive sales against other stores. I learnt how to deal and sympathize with customers much and become more informed on the type of options that are available to any given situation and personalize the experience for each customer. Finally, the most challenging was with difficult or stubborn customers that didn't value the advice I would be giving.

Free meals

My relationship with my colleagues was good, we had a good communication and we make a good team, I have learnt to share what ever I have because we use to do bring and share on Fridays, I enjoyed free meals that the company offers everyday

Very good learning curve

Taught me a lot about retail, I have opened 5 dis-chem stores in the time I have worked for them, they have taught me a lot about retail and store standards

Great Learning path

I enjoy working as a team and gaining more experience in a retail pharmacy. Working Monday to Sunday has thought me a lot and I have learnt to be patient with a lot of difficult customers which is a challenging aspect in the business.

Perfect experience

I am a health intern. My responsibility is to carry out customer service to customers on an everyday basis and also make sure the Vitamins, supplements and healthy food departments are always excellent. I have very good work ethics, I get along with all the stuff. I have learnt and improved by communication skills. I enjoy reading about what scientists have invented or discovered. The most challenging thing with my work is picking up heavy boxes

Hard worker

I do store orders everyday.I love people am always smiling I like to play to make a working station an enjoyable place.I learn how to work under pressure. To do new things in other department. To do the mistake that you don't know how to fix it

Experience

I've learned more things about customers and challeges . I've done cashiering and also been a cashier supervisor and taught me to be patient with customers also other employees.
