Excellent learning curve

The company am working for us not good at all this company it's a racist we dont receive same salary as whites working more hour with small salary and currently theres strike they dont take employees serious.

Pros: Theres mo promotion of your a cleaner u will clean there til u die

Great for job experience purposes

Working at Dis-chem is Highly regarded an eye opener to an individual who's a general worker, senior management and HR are far too distant from and to general employees to such an extent that your direct manager is given authority to play the role of HR should they feel the need to. Minority of white supremacy is still regarded Mightier and more privilege than that of the majority black general hard labouring individuals on the floors, even the food prepared for whites differs from those that blacks eat during lunch... Its a great company for Academically Qualified Individuals as for the rest its only good for work experience not for growth or development.

Cons: No growth aspect, financially and skills wise
