Excellent environment to gain experience as a budding hr manager

my typical work day starts off with myself doing the time attendance, sending of staff not present, on leave etc. via email to managers. in any company building a good communication relationships with co workers is of utmost importance. so my relationships are very good with my colleagues. regarding my hr experience within this company it is going fairly well, i am learning each and everyday. i enjoy gaining more knowledge from other around me and seeing progress within the company on all levels of management and in every department. the most challenging aspect of working in the company is facing situations that you do not have control over, regarding higher management decisions and then hr has to facilitate what needs to be done.

Pros: good relationships with co workers
Cons: tedious and unpleasant at times
