Great company to work for

A typical day at work would be dealing with chronic medication queries and escalations from an ops team all the way in PE. Dealing closely with developers and the incident management team to ensure queries remain within SLA and keep our members happy by receiving their medication on time. I have an open relationship with my co-workers, because our workflow is hand in hand.. one needs the other in everything we do. i have learnt to keep the workplace professional and also to treat everyone fairly and to help people grow. I have seen favouritism and unfairness and it creates a very unstable working environment. I enjoyed always having the ops team or team leaders or even members report back on my excellent work ethic and not just treat them like numbers and also that people wouldnt hesitate to ask me for help. What was challenging about my job is that I felt very stagnant, while performing at my best and seeing people being promoted that done next to nothing. it made me feel really despondent.

Great learning experience.

Great learning experience. Fantastic colleagues. I learned a lot about the products that were on offer since there were a lot of new medical scheme that were being taken on to administrate. I enjoyed seeing my projects going live. I learned to be resilient, never to take things personally.
