You have to have thick skin when you work there

It an ok company to work for....but I fell like I am not performing to my best. Yes I'm top performer...during your one on one with you team leader their is always a but and that you can do better than what you doing

Pros: There is room for growth
Cons: Monday to Friday,no over time or working on weekends and public holidays

Learning curve

Great learning curve and interacting however only commission based which makes it financially straining. Love the ability to create better lives for people as it's a passion to help people get to their goals and achieve it and also planning for the event of unforseen circumstances such as death. Learning estate planning as well.

Pros: High income per month
Cons: No growth
