Ther On a day to day basis we always have something new to learn. There is always pressure but it can be handled well through being proactive and planning ahead. Getting to work with new people and cultures on different construction projects is exciting and you get to build and motivate people to get better at what they do which is what I enjoy most. One thing that I have learned is that it doesn’t matter how much effort you put it, what matters most is the end result which must be archived. e is always pressure but it can be handled well through being proactive and planning ahead. Acquired a lot of experience over the years.

I have learnt and taught myself how to manage my work efficiently and to work well with others as a team to reach the targets on time and effortlessly and i do enjoy the travelling part of my job as i get to know different places and gets to interact with different cultures. The most challenging part of my job would be the long hours and having to work in really hot temparatures during summer.

Pros: One gets to learn of new things everyday.
Cons: extra long man hours can really gets to you at times.
